Management and Social Justice Conversation Series is created, curated, and hosted by Dr. Latha Poonamallee at the New School in New York City. The first series 2020-21 was originally conceived of as an in-person 2-day conference in May 2020. The pandemic led to a pivot and it resulted in a virtual year long conversation series featuring all the accepted submissions from the conference spread over the year 2020-21.
