I am a professor in the New School and founder and organizer of the Management & Social Justice Collective.

The singular focus of my work is how to catalyze radical change for a better world through transforming both inner and outer worlds. I have been listed as one of the Top 20 Indian women redefining global leadership.

My current areas of research are Socio-Tech Innovation and Mindfulness and Contemplative Methodologies.
